      "text": "Support is not the only route for exercising statutory rights. You may contact the relevant consumer or data-protection authority directly. Where Article 7a of Poland’s Consumer Rights Act applies, a consumer complaint must receive a response within 14 days on paper or another durable medium. Applicable GDPR requests normally have a one-month response period, with lawful extensions explained in time."
