Provider and purpose
Lotto Campfire is provided by Yoofloe Sp. z o.o., ul. Księcia Józefa Poniatowskiego 2/6, 50-326 Wrocław, Poland; KRS 0001226002; NIP 8982330825. Support: support@yoofloe.com; +48 452 528 392. It is a personal Android ticket journal intended for adults aged 18 or older, subject to the applicable store rating and local restrictions.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by lottery operators. The app does not sell tickets, take bets or deposits, manage lottery accounts, hold funds, pay prizes or retrieve official results. Camp characters and number suggestions do not improve lottery probabilities.
Your records and comparisons
You choose and review the category, numbers, dates, currency and amounts. Generated or copied numbers are not purchased tickets. A photograph, comparison, manual mark or recorded win does not establish ticket validity or a right to payment. Check the official operator result before discarding physical evidence.
Presets support defined number layouts. Only specifically supported rule modules provide a prize-tier comparison. A matching pool size does not establish a prize table. Saved tickets keep their rule snapshots; comparisons do not overwrite money you record as received. Missing amounts are not known zero amounts, and currencies are not converted or combined.
Photos and recovery
Use only content you are entitled to import. Importing permits the local copying needed for the requested function, not publication, advertising or AI training. Managed photo copies can be resized or re-encoded and may not preserve every original detail. Keep important originals separately.
Keep a separate backup and, if it is password-protected, keep its password safe. Device loss, clearing storage or uninstalling can make records unavailable. We cannot recover passwords or journals we never receive. Restore replaces the current journal after confirmation. Practical storage limitations do not waive remedies for a non-conforming app.
Free functions and the optional pack
Core records, photos, statistics, ordinary generation, rule editing, privacy controls and backups are free. The intended free roster has eight companions. The optional non-consumable Fourleaf Pack covers twenty additional companions, fixed/excluded-number preferences, and Quick Ticket, Magic Orb and Monthly Ledger widgets. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Only the features actually offered in the app and purchase screen may be sold. Google Play shows the local price and applicable charges before purchase. Pending, cancelled or failed payment is not completed access. Journal backups cannot grant purchase rights, and restoring a purchase cannot restore journal data. No lottery purchase, spending streak or rewarded advertisement unlocks companions.
Cancellation, refunds and conformity
Mandatory consumer rights remain. There is no blanket non-refundable-digital-purchase condition. Where EU/EEA withdrawal rules apply, the ordinary distance-contract period is generally 14 days. An early-supply exception for paid digital content requires all applicable conditions, including prior express consent, acknowledgement and durable confirmation; simply using the app or reading these terms is not enough. Other local periods and protections, including applicable Brazilian withdrawal rights, remain unaffected.
Rights for faulty or non-conforming digital content are separate from withdrawal and store refund policies. Where the law provides, remedies include conformity without charge, a price reduction or ending the contract. Required updates and mandatory responsibility cannot be removed by calling the pack a one-time purchase. You may use Google Play’s refund process or contact the responsible trader without losing statutory rights.
Updates and fair terms
Pack contents may change through additions and updates needed for security, defect correction, compatibility with supported Android/Google Play versions or legal requirements. Existing purchases incur no extra charge. This notice does not retrospectively reduce purchased benefits or override the rules for digital content supplied once.
Other changes apply only where law allows. We give a specific valid reason and clear information. For a more than minor negative effect, required advance notice on a durable medium explains available rights. Statutory rights to conforming unchanged content, a price reduction, termination without charge or refunds remain. Where EU/Polish modification rules apply, the termination period is 30 days from the change or notice, whichever is later. Contact support@yoofloe.com.
Necessary updates, material changes and any removal of paid functions must respect the service offered and applicable notices and remedies. These terms do not grant an unrestricted right to remove paid benefits, exclude all liability, require every consumer to use a Wrocław court or waive home-country mandatory protection.
Language and interpretation
English is the reference used to maintain these documents, not a rule that overrides mandatory local-language rights. A required local version and applicable consumer-protective interpretation prevail where the law requires. In Poland, the statutory conditions for Polish documents and interpretation remain applicable. In Québec, a required French adhesion contract must be supplied before an express choice of another language; legally protected interpretation rights remain. A privacy notice is not a waiver or a substitute for required consent.
